One of our CCC members, Howard Westin, sent me this moving video. It’s only four minutes long and I highly recommend it.
My reactions while I watched were interesting. First, I was thinking, “The acting is bad. The production is trite.” But then as the main idea was revealed, I found myself quite touched. And then I started thinking, “Please don’t let it be produced by some Christian group.” I didn’t want that to spoil it. But sure enough, the ending credits show that it was produced by a church, I think in Arkansas. And then I decided that, no, I wasn’t going to let that spoil it, but was instead going to take it as an affirmation that the message is something that, whatever other differences there are, we truly share.
