101: Breaking Free From the Authority Problem

Are you someone who grates at being told what to do? We’re all like this to some degree and, if we have a problem with human authorities, how much more will we have a problem with God’s authority! For by creating us, God essentially told us what we ARE, which is far more basic than telling us what to do. As an attempted solution, we often push God to the margins. And this makes a certain sense: no authority, no problem. But A Course in Miracles sees a more complete solution, one which lies in a whole other direction.
